MEET MIKE
Mike Prushnok is the vice president of TriBro Land Services (a division of Tribro Ventures, Ltd.). After graduating from college, he started a career in sales and marketing. Family values motivated him to move back to Western Pennsylvania where he started a family of his own. He has since begun his journey as the 4th generation to work in the business. Mike has created, developed, and managed the GIS Department, as well as, uncovered unknown property ownership through title research. Recently, he got his Executive MBA and became a commercial drone pilot to collect aerial data and imagery. Since becoming vice president, he has also sold/purchased more than 70 properties, conducted dozens of hunting, timber, coal, oil, and gas leases, prepared hundreds of land leases, row, deeds, and assorted agreements.
For four generations, the Prushnok Family has been successful in surface mining, leasing oil and gas, and acquiring both land and mineral interests throughout the Western Pennsylvania Region. TriBro Land Services was established as a sister company to offer modern land services with the support of new technology.
We had TriBro Ventures take various pictures of a home we had under construction over several weeks. The quality and detail of pictures was excellent. We are glad we chose them for this project.
